Managing Director at Ingeniso Business Intelligence (Pty) Ltd (IBI). IBI employed 23 people and had managed to gain a large proportion of the SA blue chip asset managers and PR companies as clients. Under Hans's leadership the company turned from a loss making company to break even over a period of 4 months. This was achieved by focussing on the containment of costs through implementation of systems, increasing sales by changing product offererings and performance measures, development of new products and proper financial management.

Hans was a director with Ingeniso Corporate Finance (ICF), a corporate finance-consulting firm. ICF provides corporate finance, strategy and operational improvement consulting services to medium and large clients. Projects in which Hans played a significant role.
1992 to May 2000
Prior to establishing Ingeniso, Hans was a manager with Deloitte Consulting (now Deloitte), a major international management-consulting firm. He primarily consulted in the business process service line, specialising in supply chain management, inventory management and manufacturing. He has consulted, implemented and programme managed various process reengineering, supply chain reengineering, strategic management, change management and due diligence assignments for major local and international corporations, primarily in the manufacturing, mining and retailing industries.
