Air Pollution Management
As international client pressure continues to force the industry to move to cleaner production facilities, the South African industry is forced to take responsibility for its emissions and contribution to air pollution if it wants to be a real player in this world market.
Thuthuka Group Limited (TGL) has the scrubber technology to successfully scrub most pollutants that industry produces. TGL can guarantee that companies comply with the new South African regulations on emission control as well as the international requirements set to comply with ISO 14000 production standards. TGL is able to ensure that emissions are well within the specified limits and the performance of the systems are defined and process and performance guarantees are standard.
- FYI: The detail design and operation of the actual scrubber system has been refined so that the scrubber systems are fully automated and computer controlled. This lowers the need for operator interaction or assistance. Only high quality equipment and materials of construction are used, for the thermoplastic systems the DVS 2205-design code is used as standard.
- TGL's financial backing for projects allows clients to get a clean air solution without having to raise the Capex for the project. Clients no longer run the risk of buying a system that doesn't work. TGL also offer a Build, Own, Operate and Maintain (BOOM) option where the equipment, operation and maintenance of the scrubbing system are offered to the client on a lease basis. This puts the end user in a position where they can focus on their core business while TGL manages the air scrubbing operation. With ownership of the scrubbers staying with TGL, the client buys clean air. TGL will finance, supply, install, operate and maintain the scrubber system for the client.
